Candidates should have Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering or a closely related field, have demonstrated ability to initiate and maintain a strong research program, have the potential to attract external funding.

Specific areas of interest include VLSI or microsystems with a significant electronics component, networked and embedded systems, communications, signal and image processing, microwaves and RF, biomedical engineering, photonics and nanotechnology. Outstanding candidates in other areas are also encouraged to apply.

Faculty salary is competitive and on campus housing is available. Applications will be reviewed beginning Oct 15, 2011 and the review will continue until the positions are filled.
